Public consultation

The proposals for Humber's Mill are an opportunity to enable a new neighbourhood within a sensitively landscaped environment that promotes a range of positive experiences and a great quality of life.

We have outlined our aspirations about what we hope to achieve at Humber's Mill. We want to talk and consult with you to ensure that our plans take shape to reflect what existing and new residents want to see in the local area.

Public consultation programme

We are starting to ask the community for their feedback about our vision for Humber’s Mill. You can take part by exploring this website and completing a short survey 'Tell us what you think', from the comfort of your own home, by 31 January 2022. You can also get in touch, and ask any questions, by emailing us at, and we look forward to giving you a response.

You can learn more about the project, and ask questions about it, by joining an online webinar at 6pm on Thursday 20 January or 7pm on Tuesday 25 January. Register here, or via the button above. All the feedback we receive from this event, and our online survey, will help us to shape a masterplan proposal for Humber's Mill. We aim to share this more detailed proposal with the community at an in-person event, which will comply with the latest government Covid-19 advice, in early spring 2022 – details to be confirmed. All information will also be shared online so don’t worry if you are unable to attend.

You can sign up to our mailing list here to keep-up to date with what’s going on.
